Electronic Records and Signatures Consent

This Electronic Consent (“eConsent”) explains how SiFi Lending provides records and obtains signatures electronically through its website, application portals, and related digital platforms (the “Platform”). By consenting, you agree to receive Documents electronically and confirm your ability to access and retain them.

  1. Definitions “SiFi Lending,” “we,” “us” means SiFi Lending and its affiliates. “You” means the individual using the Platform, including any authorized signer. “Documents” include all disclosures, notices, agreements, consents, and records provided electronically. “Access Device” means any computer, tablet, mobile phone, or electronic device you use to access the Platform.
  2. Scope of Consent By providing eConsent, you agree that SiFi Lending may deliver all Documents electronically and that electronic signatures are legally equivalent to handwritten signatures. This consent applies to all Documents related to your use of the Platform, now and in the future. Electronic delivery is required to use the Platform.
  3. Paper Copies You may request paper copies of Documents at any time. Fees may apply unless prohibited by law. Requests may be made by contacting SiFi Lending through the Contact Us page on sifilending.com. We may also provide paper Documents at our discretion.
  4. Withdrawing Consent You may withdraw your eConsent at any time by contacting SiFi Lending at: 3130 Crow Canyon Place, Suite 415 – San Ramon, CA 94583 or support@sifilending.com. Withdrawal will apply going forward and may limit or end your ability to use the Platform.
  5. Electronic Communications By consenting, you agree to receive electronic communications from SiFi Lending consistent with our Communications Policy. You are responsible for maintaining a valid, current email address and updating your contact information as needed.
  6. Hardware and Software Requirements To access and retain Documents, you must have: Internet access An active email address A device capable of viewing and saving PDF files Sufficient storage or printing capability JavaScript and security features enabled Supported devices include current versions of Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android using modern browsers such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. Certain services may require a camera, microphone, or text-messaging capability.
  7. Changes to This Consent We may update this eConsent or technical requirements. If changes materially affect your access to Documents, we will notify you and may require you to reaffirm consent. Continued electronic access constitutes confirmation of consent unless otherwise stated.
  8. Change of Device If you change your Access Device, you are responsible for ensuring it meets the requirements above. Continued electronic access confirms your ongoing consent.

Your Agreement By consenting electronically, you confirm that: You can access and review this eConsent You agree to receive and sign Documents electronically Your electronic signature is legally binding Your device meets the technical requirements You have provided a valid email address This consent applies to all Platform-related Documents
